It is technically impracticable to provide a fault free service and we do not undertake to do so. However, we will repair any reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. We endeavour to make our systems available 99.5% of the time measured over a calendar month.

The following statement outlines Synchronise IT Ltd policy regarding the

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about
yourself in order to receive or use services on this website. Such services
include newsletters, competitions, alert emails and estmating services.
By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Synchronise IT
Ltd to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide this
information it will be treated in accordance with this policy.

When you supply any personal information to synchroniseit.co.uk we have legal
obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect
the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell

our services that you have requested, and remove it in the event that that

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information the Synchronise
IT Ltd holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge
£25 for information requests.)
